You might see if ordering the Parafilm on EBay is possible for you. They sell the budding tape for only a few dollars, so other duties, postage, etc., shouldn't be too terrible. I could not get hold of any budding tape so eventually I made use of elastic plastic ties (used to tie climbers to poles etc.). Can I take them off after 2-3 weeks in order to allow for the bud to grow or should I leave it on a bit longer?
